There were an electric kettle, a microwave and central heating, a bathtub. Setting close enough to grocery shopping and the centre. Picoas tube station nearby...

modern apartment in lisbon, close to praca dos restauradores. it is in pretty quiet area with restaurants and cafes walk from the property.
